Has your Personal Monitor alarm ever been triggered? – Part 1

Yes?

But, hold on a moment: alarms are triggered by instantaneous values, while the limit values are average values!

So, you were surely far from exceeding the limit …
Were you able to finish your task?
How long could you stay after the alarm went off?
Of course, you didn’t know …
Well, that is all in the past.

Now the WaveMon can trigger alarms from average values

The new firmware update lets you fully customise two exposure alarms:

  • Select the alarm level.
  • Trigger each alarm from the instantaneous or average value.
  • Establish LEDs to display only the instantaneous value or also the average value.
  • Choose vibration, sound or both for each alarm.
  • Allow the snooze function (when the button is pressed, the alarm is silenced for 1 minute).

If you already have a WaveMon, don’t wait: go to Wavecontrol’s intranet and update it.

If you don’t use a WaveMon, don’t hesitate: ask for information or a demo here.
